Sgt. K. Watson served with No.6 Commando from at least 2nd June 1941 .

On 9th December 1941 he suffered injuries including a small wound to the right hand following the grenade accident aboard HMS Prince Charles during the final preparations at Scapa Flow for the Operation: Kitbag raid on Florø (Norway).

Sgt. K. Watson was still noted as serving with the Commando on 2nd January 1943 but was reported as being RTU-ed on 22nd March 1943.
